I gave a 20 minute presentation to around 6 current employees. I was asked several questions on the specifics of certain characterization techniques. The whole process took around 30 minutes. I then toured the facilities and was interviewed by several members of the team I would join if hired. The interview process was around 5 hours including a lunch.
