First step was a phone interview. If you passed that, you will be invited for the next steps. (Exam, HR, Panel Interview). The exam had two parts: BUPLAS and a finance part. The finance part was a little bit difficult because I hadn't encountered those kind of data at uni. The whole process felt like a waste of my time. While I was taking the finance part of the exam with 20 minutes to spare, I was called out + 4 other applicants. The HR told us we passed, but I didn't buy it. I wasn't even done with the exam. How could they have known I had passed? Also, everything was so unorganized. Only one HR staff was there, yet there were 20+ applicants being handled at once. Worst experience ever.

The interview process was very unprofessional. First, I was called by a recruiter then asked me when I can take the exam and have an interview. He repeated the date several times to make sure since he had to "clear out the hiring manager's schedule for me." Then a day before the date which we both agreed on, he calls and asks where I am and says that I was late. I reminded him of the my interview schedule and the email he sent me. He didn't apologize and told me to come the next day instead. On the day of the scheduled interview, I came in an hour in advance only to wait more than another hour after the schedule time to have someone entertain me. Then as I was about to start the exam, the recruiter called me and asked where I was, I told him I was already taking the exam. He said "okay" and nothing else. Some HR person told me I passed the exam and told me they will ask me to come back the following week. I went home and never heard from them again. I ended up interviewing and accepting an offer at a competitor of Thomson Reuters.
