2 rounds. They wanted to see someone dependable, analytical, and sharp. The first interview was with the director then the 2 attorneys which supervise the intern. They just asked about my background which included a lot of research based work and surprisingly asked lots of questions about an experience I had as a refugee mentor. They seemed to really like that.
