The process took one month. I applied via LinkedIn in October 2023. First stage was an in person group activity, there were 8 of us and we were given an introduction to the company, values etc. We then introduced ourselves, named our role model and where we most like traveling to. Then we were given a group task where we'd crash landed in the jungle and needed to negotiate which items to bring with us. They were looking for team work/ communication skills
