ThriveCart interview questions

First Round was with HR then second round was the techical interview. They lack people skills and understanding of what an interivew is both HR and main interviewer. One of the interviewers was late and you would swear they were interviewing for a developer role. The interviewer kept circling back to the same concept as if that concept is what people do everyday.. Build automation tools instead of using the automation tools. They clearly dont even understand what they want or need. This was the most confusing interview I have ever had in my profession. The HR person sends you a request to pick your available timeslot, they will ignore that and insist on whatever timeslot they want. The way the questions were phrased and asked was very confusing. The one interviewer was also very disrespectful in his tone and manner.
