Pros

ThriveCart provides an open and healthy working environment where team members feel supported and valued. Colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and easy to work with, which helps create a positive team dynamic. The company also encourages both personal and professional growth, giving individuals opportunities to develop their skills and take on new challenges.

Cons

At times, workloads may not be evenly distributed, which can lead to some team members taking on more responsibilities than others. While this isn’t always intentional, it can occasionally affect team balance and efficiency.

Pros

The company provides a positive and collaborative work environment. Team members are supportive, and management is approachable and open to feedback. There are good opportunities to learn new skills, grow professionally, and take on new challenges. Work processes are generally well-structured, and communication within teams is clear.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be occasional workload spikes and some processes that could be further streamlined. However, these are manageable and continuously improving over time.

Pros

ThriveCart has been a really good place to work. The team is super supportive, and you can tell the company actually cares about its employees. Management listens, and you don’t feel like you’re just another number. The work environment is flexible, which makes a big difference, especially when balancing life outside of work. I also like that there’s always something new to learn, so it doesn’t feel repetitive. Everyone communicates well, and it’s easy to ask for help when you need it.

Cons

It can get pretty busy at times, especially during peak periods, so the workload can feel a bit heavy. Some customer issues can also be a bit tricky and take time to resolve. But overall, it’s nothing out of the ordinary for a support role, and the team helps each other out when things get hectic.
