I applied through linkedin and then they reached out through email. I had to complete a test and at a later stage they requested a phone interview. It was a pretty common procedure.

Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
