Group interview, poorly organised, disrespectful to interviewees. Manager is very rude, were left waiting for ages and was only told it was a group interview upon arrival. Lasted for way longer than expected due to inefficient organisation and respect for applicants time.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
