The process felt quite smooth overall, and since it was a freelancer position, everything was relatively straightforward and moved quickly, though I suspect the pace was also due to my not meeting all the qualifications.

I received a call from Brenda on Monday April 21 2017 regarding a position with True Payment Solutions. Brenda asked about my sales background and if I had any problems on cold calling Business to Business.
I explained regarding my career as a Brewery Rep. with Dos Equis in the 70's.During this time Mexican Beer wasn't Main Stream as in today's standards. My position required that I call Country Clubs, White Table Cloth restaurant. I also an extended experience in cold calling small and medium business while working at Sysco Food Service. One of 250 Marketing Rep. within 3 years I was selling 3.5 mil.a year and made 200k annually.
My Territory consisted fromSan Diego thru Orange County and Los Angeles, a whooping 800 mil. Sysco educated us on how to Market ourselves and Develop Territories Markets from Hotels Resorts, and High end restaurants. I sold restaurant equipment, new start up restaurants. I step out of the box and grew my Market into the highest growing MARKET the Hispanic .

The recruiter is the most professional person at the
Company. He does a great job and training is top notch!! He presents a very top of the line product but unfortunately the rest of the company doesn't uphold his promises and it makes him look bad.
