      Pros

      I literally cannot think of a single one.

      Cons

      Lies to their employees about expected earnings from the beginning. Tells them they are family when they don't care about their employees at all. Puts high pressure on their people to do management job for them. Ridiculously bad training. Expect sales people to make numbers by going out in lying to customers about what they will pay for their services.

      I wouldn’t be here today if this wasn’t a great company to work for. So first, is this a perfect company? of course not, and neither are there any perfect companies out there. It takes resilience, understanding, and a lot of patience to be successful in any company; so I am not surprised when someone spends a few months at a company and decides that they don’t like it. Great company for anyone wishing to launch an exciting career Owner cares for every single employee Great pay and benefits Awesome people to work with

      "Focus on personal development has been the greatest benefit for me. I am a whole different individual now, a better thinker and great communicator as a result of working here. Management cares about me and makes me feel useful. As for the pay, I truly believe we are industry pacesetters"

      I believe we are doing great to keep our customers happy. But I believe there is always room for improvement. Let us keep getting better and better.
