Smooth process, expected harder interviews but every challange was very much reasonable and related to the role I was interviewing for. The whole process took 1 month. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Il processo di colloquio consiste in una call conoscitiva, successivamente un compito (delle api da implementare nel linguaggio preferito), un colloquio sul progetto e un colloquio finale. Sarebbe buono, peccato che non sono in grado di correggere il compito. Nel mio caso ho eseguito dei test automatici usando mockito e mi è stato detto che i test si fanno senza mockare e che in quel modo non avrei coperto il codice. Successivamente gli ho risposto con l'evidenza che la coverage era del 100% sulle classi di logica (avevo testato anche la gestione delle eccezioni). Non ho mai ricevuto risposta dopo le mie evidenze.
