Had an Online Assessment Centre - 1 Competency Interview and 1 Commercial (Technical) Interview, both 30 mins. Was interviewed by managers on the department team and fairly simple process. Got feedback over a week later.
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
