The initial interview process was okay - it was the lack of follow-up thereafter. I emailed the recruiter about 2 weeks after interview to find out status then called, she NEVER responded. 2 months later not even a rejection email received. Thankfully, I am now employed somewhere else. If someone is going through the effort of preparing for an interview, they at least deserve a canned rejection email.
