The Tech interview was fine, questions were simple and there was enough questin set to see my experince they gave me accpetable time to prepare my answers.
At the manager interview I had great time, they were so kind and made me motivated to talk all the things I do in my work life

Repeatedly contacted about contract roles at this firm UBS via a service provider, EPAM. Have initial telephone contact with the recruiters. The role seems fine, but the recruiter states that payment will be a month in arrears, so the first payment will be received after month 2. By contrast, most other recruiters are offering weekly pay, 7 days in arrears and if needs be can factor accordingly via companies like Sonovate. In this economic climate, very few people would be willing to accept this risk. I will not - one assumes they get the dregs. Avoid. Happy to reconsider if they change this.
