Some competency questions (e.g. Why UBS? Why this role?), online tests (numerical and reasoning) then a hirevue, standard bank recruiting process. Took a while to hear back though. For me there was no AC, may have changed since then.

Smooth process from online assessments, to hirevues, then to final stage online interviews where the majority of questions are quite behavioural with little-to-no technical questions, but more of an emphasis on general market awareness.
