Step 3: assessment centre - this was1 hour, 30 mins competency questions and 20 mins technical and 10 mins presentation

Interview
I had 2 interviews. One competency based and one commercial based, although some questions of the other type were asked across interviews. The competency appeals more to softer skills such as examples of teamwork and behaving creatively, The commercial (which is tailored to each individuals' CV) tests your knowledge and what your understanding of the role is.
