Interview
After accepting your CV, you'll be invited for a video interview in which you'll be asked 7-9 questions. First part was more of "basic" questions like why UBS? Second part was more specific about the banking industry. Depending on the position, you'll have to do numerical/mathematical tests or held presentations infront of seniors.

Interview
First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.

Online logic assessments, culture fit assessment, hirevue 7 questions, 2 inperson rounds group/pair programming and a superday.

2 rounds of 30 minute interviews with 2 people interviewing. They asked questions about previous internship experience and projects you’ve worked on. Questions like what is your greatest strength and weakness.
