You usually need to meet a few colleagues, a boss and division head for a director role. The interview process overall takes 30 days on the average. UBS cares if you fit with your role and your personally. They tend to care more about team work skills than other firms.

Interview
There are generally three rounds of interview with final round with MD or equivalent generally. Difficulty level of the interview varies but all three rounds are technical in nature. Sometimes there could be two rounds only with third being HR
