Initial recruiter screening followed by interview with hiring manager. Final interview with key key members of the program/project team in a group format. If the group interview is successful, you're referred back to the hiring manager during the final selection process.

Was lengthy, unorganized ...interview room reservation was botched, access onto grounds was not coordinated properly, the interviewers were friendly, asked good questions but 2nd nd 3rd interviews span over 30 day wait
