Interview
The interview process was straightforward. There were two calls: 1) With HR rep. Simple questions speaking about your experience, if you are willing to relocate and why you would like to work at USAA 2) With the hiring manager. Two portions. One is non-technical questions like how did you deal with a difficult situation, how do you manage your workload...things like that. The other portion was technical questions. The manager showed me an Excel sheet and asked how I would check for anomalies in a column. Another question was to write a function in R or Python that checks if a number is a prime number or not.

online assessment, was three leetcode easies. Then had recruiter call and then final round. Fina round was just two thirty minute behavioral rounds no live coding but technical concepts were asked.

First I had a call with the recruiter. After the call an interview was quickly arranged with the Data team. The interview lasted one hour. The recruiter was really kind and enthusiastic and the interviewing team were really helpful as well.
