One phone interview, then an in-person interview. Was a nice easy process and area was very nice. All in all the process seemed streamlined and easy. Pretty much in and out

I liked the interview process. I liked the recruiters. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were there to help and make the process smooth as possible. USAA would be a great company to work for.

Brief phone interview with a recruiter. Assessment test. In person interview after. Then the offer of employment was made. In person was two people interviewing asking behavioral questions and specific situational questions
