I'm currently at the third stage of the interview. Unilever has changed the format of their hiring process this year. I prepared quite a lot for the video interview but the case questions still caught me off guard. I guess, it's more important to be clear about the practical concerns at work (such as convincing your team mates to work towards a common goal).

Unilever's Future Leaders Program data analytics application process includes an online application from their website, game-based tests, and a video interview. Currently, I am in the video interview step of the applicationn process.
Overall a good experience I would say it really challenged me a lot and I was happy to have faced questions that brought out my creative side which is always a positive in my opinion
