Interview
Online tests for numeric and non verbal, video interview with approximately 14 questions, ranging from why Unilever to competency based, in person interview with 2 managers which was based on Unilever's behaviours. This lasted approximately 2 hours.
Three interviewers and it was conducted online. They asked me standard interview questions, and went through my entire resume and all the roles I had in the past. Since I worked in the company previously, they also did a deep dive into my past work.

2 rounds with the case study, are not difficult. Be prepared with clear answers with examples, and structure the answer following STAR method. Stay humble and show your willingness to learn, commit and contribute.
