Quite casual, gave a tour of the building and lab before giving a short psychometric test. Didn't take very long and was easy enough. The interview then seemed mostly okay with two people, one just writing and the other asking all the questions.

Good interview. Was Conversational and not interrogative. Gives feedback on answers. Asks alot of follow up questions. Gives you time to think about answers. Uses CV as guide to ask questions. Questions are clear and concise.
