I applied online and two hours later was invited to take an online assessment. Then the next day I received an email asking me to schedule an onsite assessment. I scheduled the assessment for 2 days later and interviewed in person after the skills testing was complete. The interview consisted of 2 people - it was pretty detailed. I reviewed my listed on quesion and I think they asked me everyone. Overall I thought it went well.

Video Interview - very positive, just answer honestly and be positive. Questions that are recorded and you answer. If you don't like your answer, you can stop and restart the recorded answer.

I had a one on one interview at the building in Eau Claire, WI near Festival after completing the first round of testing at a different site. It was a relaxed one on one interview in a small room off of the main lobby.

Interview was a recorded interview with 2-3 tries for your recording to each question. Use the STAR method and practice your answers before answering. The questions were your basic interview questions about yourself and personality.
