After my initial web submission to UnitedHealth Groups career site I was contacted via email by the recruiter responsible for initial filtering. They scheduled a phone interview with me for the following week. This was a basic interview gathering additional qualifications required by the job and a personality profile. Later this same week the recruiter emailed me again to schedule a second phone interview with the hiring manager. This was a traditional phone interview asking job specific questions. It was nice to speak to someone directly involved with the positional for the first time. Week three rolled around and the recruiter emailed me to schedule an in person interview. I interviewed the hiring manager, a peer manager of his, their director, and two of my potential peers. Their questioning was to gain insight if I was a good fit personality wise and if I met the technical requirements. The following week I was made an offer.
