Interview
I was contacted via a talent recruitment agency. The position was completely remote and I was advised that UHC's selection would be based on the results of a coding and computer skills assessment.

Question 1
There were two (2) exams; one for ICD coding the other for Excel. Both were approximately 40 questions long. The coding exam was multiple choice. They took about an hour and a half to complete a one sitting.

Interview
The interview took about 1.5 hours into two parts. First part questions all about you, your knowledge of coding, experiences and how you apply on day to day basis- answer them as clear as possible, remember they want to know if you understand your jobs and can be independent
Second part of interview, there are series of questions of icd10 cm and pcs and they will tell if you answer them correctly.
