Easy video interview in teams. Nothing in person 100% remote. Interview with 2 managers. 1 phone interview and then a video. Feedback/offers is fast no more than 2 days. Over all easy interview. There is also an assessment

Difficult customer and how you dealt with it. How you deal with prioritizing your work day. How you stick to adherence schedule. A lot of tell me about a time questions. And you fit in a team environment. Overall very standard questions for a customer service position.
Just focused on what you would do to help in the various scenarios. Focus on how it was resolved and the steps taken
Very pleasant easy going not did at all waiting to hear back after second interview. Should have a follow up within a week or so current position starting at the end of the month
