I felt more like I was in a meeting, teh hiring manager was knowledgeable regarding the job requirements they need someone who had worked with Primavera. They were introducing Planview and needed someone to learn those new modules then train.
I was in a zoom meeting with 2 people and they asked a series of questions. They took turns asking the questions and I took about 1 minute to answer each question

overall a very good experience. Clear and friendly. The interview was over the phone. Typical interview questions, nothing unexpected. Asked about previous roles and why i want to work with united health group.

The phone interview was smooth, thein person interview was smooth as well. However it's been 1 month and havent hear anything, and just saw they re posted the job posting. So I assume I didnt get the job. No communication on their part this is now the 2nd interview I've done and not heard back. A friend of mine had an interview only to be turned away because she mis read my friends experience.
