VMware Technical Account Manager interview questions

A handful of interviews: 1. HR Screening call - confirming details of my resume and background. 2. Technical Screening - Met with 2 current TAMs and discussed my technical background. This felt like the most difficult interview. 3. Interview with Hiring Manager - Met with the hiring manager. This felt more like a personality based interview to see if I would fit into the role. 4. Panel Interview - I was given 1 week to develop a 15-20 minute presentation based on provided materials. I presented to a panel of 5 individuals (all of whom were TAMs at some point.)

Applied via VMware Careers webpage and got a reply from Talent Acquisition person in 1 business week. In the job description, only English was required (apart from technical skills) and I was asked if I speak the local language fluently. Unfortunately, I recently moved from another country and that was a reason for rejection. To recap: > Don't mention the local language in the job description > Job description itself in English (obviously) >> Require the potential candidate to be fluent in local language by default
