I waited a couple of months to write this post because I wanted to give the company more time to respond. Alas, I have not heard anything, other than a generic email informing me that I would not be moving forward. My issue, is that they didn't take time to provide any feedback when requested. They just ghosted me. Perhaps Vanguard could mentioned that the firm doesn't have the capacity to give individualized feedback (this in itself would have at least been some sort of response). However if other financial companies who receive more applications can provide feedback, I don't see why Vanguard can't.
