I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2016
Interview
Multiple Steps - first step was through a program called HireVue, where you are recorded via webcam. The questions are simple, such as your experience in sales. The second part is a personality questionnaire where you are given a set of adjectives and you have to choose which ones are most and least like you. The last part is a face-to-face interview, where you answer some more questions along those lines, and you also do a mock sale where you sell tutoring.
