Asking your experience and how many years. They also ask you what subjects do you like to teach and have experience and at what grades do you have experience in teaching.

What experience do you have in teaching and at what grades have you taught?
I answered questions about how I would respond to various teaching scenarios in real time. The interviewer was a Bot, which surprised me. The Bot gave validating feedback throughout the interview. I wasn't sure if that was a good sign or not, thinking the platform might do that in any case. But I got hired.

What would you do if a student wasn't understanding your voiced lesson?
Basic stuff about experience and resume. overall just trying to see if you were personable and kind and able to interact mentees.

Interview
Didn't even complete the interview. I expected it to be a normal one-way interview, but it was a conversation with a talking AI bot. I closed out of it immediately.
Makes me wonder what else they are using AI for in replace of actual employees.
