There's 3 parts of this interview process. I applied 3/21/18, and then I received an invitation email to take an 90 min assessment on 03/23/18. The assessment basically checks your knowledge of logical common sense, speed of typing, and multi-tasking. I received an email on 03/26/18 that I've been selected for a phone interview. I set up the phone interview and it took place on 03/29/18. The phone interview were basic questions of background, and understanding the position that you applied for, and the company's procedures and environment. Some behavioral questions were included also. the phone interview last about 45 mins. 04/10/18 I received a call from a recruiter to set up face to face interview, i missed the call and was left a voice mail. I called back an hour and a half, and the recruiter informed me all the slots were taken. So i had to follow back up with the recruiter the next following day. I was able to set up an face to face interview on 04/13/18. Make sure you stay by your phone, because if you miss the call and unable to get with the recruiter right away the time to choose your face to face interview can be delayed. On that given date of my face to face interview, in my opinion, it was extremely easy, the support manager was Awesome we clicked right away. A lot of knowledge given on the workplace environment, their benefits package, pay rate, and shift bid process. The interview also include behavioral questions for the first part of the interview, then the second required role playing. the interview was about and 1 hr and a half. After the interview i received an follow up email on 04/24/18, i replied to the email with information the email requested the next day and i received a call on 04/14/18 that i GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!!! The process can be long, but it is worth it! I start 05/22/18 and i cant wait just waiting on background check, and drug test and I am good to go! Make sure your information on your resume is correct! They check everything for background
