Vision Loss Rehabilitation interview questions

Two step interview process. The first part was a short 15 minute interview with someone from HR. The second part of the interview, if successful, was with the hiring manager for the role and the HR person again.

First round cleared (pre-screening). Second round - I was said I will scheduled for second round 100% but then I was ghosted for 3 weeks! I kept following up, but no response. After 3 weeks, you have been rejected ! Even though I was told for a second round of interview. The organization has no value or mission vision as it states on its website ! We as applicants are just a dummy :)
