First they reached out for a 15 minute phone conversation asking about my ability to drive, car insurance, how many hours a week I was looking to work, and how far I was willing to commute. Then they asked why I was interested in the job and listed a bunch of tasks and asked how comfortable I would be with performing each one. This was followed up by 4hr paid training and job overview with lunch included, and then after that an in-person interview where I was asked questions about the training and we also did the hiring paperwork.

Very smooth and set expectations easily on the job and was a slightly confusing HR process, but took the time to walk me through the process and looked out for their candidates.
