I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vivergo Fuels (Hull, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Had to complete a written question before initial screening. The question centred on time management and how I would manage multiple stakeholder preasures whilst completing group projects.
I was then invited to a skype interview with two interns and got asked a mixture of competency and technical questions. Including questions on heat exchangers and pumps. I had to design a simple processing system, where they just tested my ability to apply what I knew.

Majority of the interview was technical questions about heat exchangers and pumps and pressure. Whilst a quarter of the interview was focused on Competency questions.
