You go to an Assessment centre. Before doing that you do a phone interview then you do a ten minutes video call then you go nine till five for the assessment centre

Interview
First there was virtual interview. Then there was an assessment center which has 4 sessions. Group work where they give some pain points of their customers and for us to come up with innovative ideas to address the pain points. Then there was an individual interview which was focused on strengths, challenges, and things like that. Nothing technical was asked. Then there was this innovative project which needs to come up and address the purpose of the company. Then there was a panel discussion where employees from the company introduced them selves and discussed about their job at Vodafone.
