    Pros

    Great comission when you hit targets and great incentives, it's good to see a company setting achievable targets for staff

    Cons

    You can lost money as easy as you can make it due to the detractors in the comission scheme as if you miss a target you would lose what you would have gained

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on the staff to keep them engaged

    -Good commission structure
    -Great opportunity to progress in a career
    -Good Management and training programmes

    Cons

    -HQ are unfamiliar with what happens in stores,
    -poor and slow systems.
    -Targets can be illogical at times, which unattainable figures.

    Very few with the cost optimisation activities continually sapping employees morale
    New CEO man for the job wish him luck

    Cons

    Reward significantly behind that of the market
    Management slow to react to market changes
    Overly bureaucratic cuts not made at the centre always on sales service or network
    Tools not fit for purpose.
    Needs better focus on turnaround programmes to internally focussed remember customer value

    Advice to Management

    Good luck and get rid of a lot of ur mid tier managers e & f grades too many living in past. Address the culture gap between ex c&w teams and mobile ur are 1 company act like it
    Review your reward package if u truly want talent that can truly make a difference

    Great Network, good intentions and a unique portfolio for business sales

    Cons

    Lack of training causes many problems unnecessarily, particularly where the management of people at a local level is concerned.

    Advice to Management

    Get consultants in to work on the front line like an under cover boss if you really want to improve business processes and management styles. Otherwise the problems that need and could easily be fixed will never be brought out into the open. Too many issues get covered up by the longest standing Sales people.
