They contacted me for a Resourcing Consultant role in Bucharest, Romania, for Vodafone Shared Services. I had my first interview with the Resourcing Manager, Ingrid B. It was a positive discussion for about 1 hour, one to the point, in which we went through the specifics of the role, company and i also detailed my experience so far. At the end i received a positive feedback from the interviewer and she told me that i will be soon scheduled for the final discussion, which was set for next week. Although i was informed that the discussion will last 40 minutes, 1 hour, with Raluca M, HR Director, when i arrived the next week she told me that she doesn't have time and will talk only for 15-20 minutes. Nothing special at this discussion, it was merely to get to know the new member of the team that her colleague wants to bring. I was told i will receive a response very soon. 2 weeks have passed and i didn't receive anything, so i sent Ingrid an email (we corresponded mainly through emails until then), asking her if there are any updates regarding my situation. Another 2 weeks have passed and she didn't even bother to respond to my email. This is totally unprofessional and has to be the worst experience i had so far, in terms of interviews i went. I will make sure all my close friends and people from my network find out about my little experience with Vodafone Shared Services Romania and try to avoid them as much as possible.
