I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Applied online in October, had a 20 minute phone interview a few days later with Nicole, who was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Nicole asked me about my experience and why I want to work for Vodafone.
After this, Nicole set up an interview with Sales Managers in the Vodafone Red Edge office in Leapordstown. The 2 interviewers made me feel comfortable. One was more serious then the other. The interview started by asking me about my current role and experience, and from there, I did a role play with one of the interviewers. The interview went well and they explained some of the benefits of working at Vodafone.
After this interview, Nicole contacted me and gave me feedback on the interview and offered me the position (benefits were good, commission structure good, salary €27/28k).
In comparison to other interviews I have done, it was very relaxed, fast and
positive process.
The reason for not accepting this offer was due to the salary being lower than another offer with very similar benefits and commission structure.
I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Birmingham, England) in May 2017
Interview
Shoddy! Very poor and disrespectful. Turned up on time only to be told main interviewer was on conference call. Then told she would be delayed but able to speak with me for 10 minutes towards end of interview slot. I had put day aside for this and travelled in by train.
