In Most of the cases they contact you by phone first. They ask you a couple of questions in English to test your language skills. Then they schedule an interview date with you. Mostly the HR interview comes first. People are quite friendly and treat you with respect along the process. The HQ is quite impressive and they have a building dedicated just to facilities. Usually the technical interview follows if you performed well in the HR one.
However, Vodafone Egypt literally has the worst HR performance you can deal with. They tell you that they will follow up with you in a couple of weeks but that does not happen. Expect that to happen in two to six months or never. Do not even expect a "thank you"/ rejection mail in case of not qualifying for the job. In a friend's case, all interviews were finished successfully but then there was no follow up till six months later asking for a technical interview all over again !!!
I went through two interviews for two different positions on two separate occasions.
I was accepted in one of them. I was offered the deal and I accepted but they just stopped responding and never sent me a date to sign the deal.
All the interviews I went through were face to face with employees. No computerized or written ones.
