Interview
A Group interview was conducted answering questions about a scenario, followed by an individual interview with the group leader. The Group interview consisted of a 20 minute preparation time with the others to plan our presentation answers (the group leaders listened in on this discussion), then a 5 minute presentation of what we discussed to the Group leaders. The individual interview was more to talk about your personal skills and get to know you better 1:1.

They called me into the store, i had a one-on-one with the manager and he was very polite. He asked me questions around time management, keeping surroundings clean and if I had prior work experience in food industry.

Group interview (4 of us in total). As a group, we had to tackle a staff allocation problem within 20 minutes and then present our final solution. Afterwards, there was an individual interview that lasted another 20 minutes.
