Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by several phone interviews spaced out over a few months. I was then offered a position to start within two weeks.

Three interviews, two phone calls and one in person with manager at the office. Very quick process, happened within 2 weeks. Very nice HR rep and set up for success
I really didn't have an interview, she asked if I like dogs and I happen to have a dog and I believe that"s why i was hired. it was easy very easy I could belive how easy it was

Very unprofessional. I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I replied immediately with a time and date for the interview and received several email confirmations from Wayfair in the days leading up to the interview. On the day of the interview, the scheduled time came and went with no call. About a half hour after originally scheduled call time, I received an email from the interviewer stating that she was running late and would call me soon. After another half hour with no response, I sent an email saying we could reschedule. No response. No call. I emailed again later that day. No response, no call. Not a good first impression of Wayfair. 2 days later, still no call or response. Very frustrating and a waste of my time!
