The issue for me was that after the 3 interviews had concluded their HR contacted me to say that the job had essentially changed and I would be expected to do two different jobs in one... Both jobs are absolutely full time endeavours so for the money they were offering and the fact of wanting to get the work of two people out of one, I withdrew from the process
