The process included a phone Interview, followed by an onsite second round.
The questions were very run of the mill, and what you would tend to expect from any interview. Part of the onsite included case-based questions (very short and straightforward).
The one element of the process that I found disconcerting was that during my onsite (which consisted of three panel interviews) each of the first two panels ran over the allotted time frame. During the last panel, however, I disclosed that I have a severe, although well managed, form of epilepsy (an ADA protected class). This final panel ended quite quickly--if not abruptly.
After the interview, I was swiftly rejected for the role in the form a voicemail with peculiar word choice.
