Well organized, set up with enough time in advance, friendly. During all stages (3 interview stages + 1 reference upload) information was communicated clearly and consistent. Interviews were done in the way of discussion, not only questioning and answering. I appreciated interviews with all WU representors, their friendly communication approach, experience share and encouragement.
