Interview
Multiple phone screens with recruiter and told that I would meet with a different manager who is not part of that department to pick final candidates for the hiring manager to interview. Also told that the hiring manager lived in Chicago and would travel in every other week. This role is a chief of staff role so that the leader can live remote, (red flag that this is not a sustainable role). They were only interested in people that lived in Denver and never received another interview. What a horrible interview process and cannot believe they are letting a hiring manager hire a person so that they don’t have to be onsite.
