I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Western Union (Sunrise, FL) in Mar 2009
Interview
The interview was very smooth and to the point. I got a phone interview in creole and a face-2-face with a panel. This was a very solid and to the point interview. All the people in my interview were individuals I actually worked with during my internship.

Interview
Lengthly process that tends to drag on, was unable to make a decision and had to accept another offer due to how long the process took. Enjoyed the conversations I had with each team member though.

Interview
An internal recruiter contacted me within a couple of days of applying online in late October 2023. I proceeded through four rounds of interviews, three with peer-level employees and a fourth with the hiring manager.
One of the peer-level interviews was an "Assessment Round" where I was asked to optimize a marketing campaign email displayed on the screen for me. I was not given any details about the assessment in advance, but it was fairly straightforward if not terribly formal.
The recruiter was responsive throughout the timeframe in which I was interviewing, and I was told that the hiring team would be making a decision the week after Thanksgiving.
As you can see, I'm now writing three months to the date after applying. After a vague update about my profile "being on hold" and a lack of clarification on what this means, I have not had an update since late December. My application remains marked "in progress" in Western Union's Workday system but I have not heard from anyone at the company for more than a month.
This is a real shame because I enjoyed the peer-level conversations a lot and felt like the role was an exciting opportunity.

Interview
First round screening interview was conducted via phone with Talent Acquisition, second round interview were with Human Resource manager using Zoom, third round with hiring manager via Zoom. Relatively smooth interview process.
