I applied for this position along with the Associate Instructional Developer position in December, around Christmas break via the company website. Three months later I was contacted for a phone screen for the instructional developer role. I was more interested in the associate content developer role, but I went through the motions in hopes of eventually telling the recruiter that I was more interested in the Associate Content Developer position. I told the recruiter that I was more interested in this position, so she kindly forward my resume to the recruiter for the content developer role. About a week later I received an email saying that the hiring manager was interested and would like to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was very relaxed and she just asked me about my background an why I was interested in Workday. Immediately after, I was invited to take a content development test. About four hours after I submitted the test, I was invited to fly out for the official final round of interviews. A week later, I attended the interviews. Everyone there was so nice and it was a great opportunity to get a feel for the culture at Workday. I was given a subtle hint that I would be hired at the end of the day. Three weeks later, I was notified that I still needed to have two phone screens to complete the process. Two weeks later, I had the phone screens and was told that I would receive the offer.
